Founder Chairman of Cyient Limited awarded ICSI award

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has awarded ICSI Life Time Achievement Award for Translating Excellence in Corporate Governance into Reality to Mr. B.V.R. Mohan Reddy, Founder Chairman of Cyient Limited (the Company). The award is in recognition of his lifetime commitment and lasting contribution to the advancement of Corporate Governance.

The Company was also awarded "CSR Excellence Award - Best Corporate under Small & Emerging Category".

A Jury headed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice P. Sathasivam, Former Chief Justice of India decided to bestow the above awards.

The awards were presented at a ceremony in Bangalore on 20 December 2024.

Shares of Cyient Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1924.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2017.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14635 in over 2826 trades.
