TT Limited approves 10 For 1 Stock Split

The Board of Directors of TT Limited at its meeting held today i.e. 16th December, 2024 through video conferencing have approved Sub division/ split of existing Equity Shares of the Company from One equity share having face value of Rs. 10/ (Rupees Ten) each, fully paid up, into 10 (Ten) equity shares having face value of Rs. 1/ (Rupee One ) respective, fully paid up, subject to approval of the Shareholders.

Shares of T T Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 168.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 160.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8235 in over 58 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 168.85 and intraday low of 164.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1376106.00.
