Murae Organisor Limited (Formerly known as Earum Pharmaceuticals Limited) has fixed Thursday, 19th December, 2024 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of 1 Rights Equity share for every 3 fully paid-up Equity shares held by the existing Equity shareholders of the Company on Rights basis ('Rights Issue').
