Hiliks Technologies appoints Mr. Veera Venkata Ramana Varma Mudunuri as Additional Director

The Board of Directors of Hiliks Technologies Limited in their meeting held on 13th December, 2024 considered and approved the resignation of Mrs. Jhansi Lakshmi Adivishnu, Non-Executive Director of the Company w.e.f 13th December, 2024 due to preoccupancy elsewhere. Mrs. Jhansi Lakshmi Adivishnu, has also confirmed that there is no other material reason for the resignation, other than as stated above.

The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Veera Venkata Ramana Varma Mudunuri as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Independent Director) of the Company who shall hold office for a period of five (5) consecutive years with effect from 13th December, 2024 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the next General Meeting.

Mr. Veera Venkata Ramana Varma Mudunuri graduated in Commerce from Andhra University is having overall 23 years' experience. He, with his entrepreneurial instinct, started Electrical and Electronics small scale industry immediately after his graduation in 1985.

As part of his strategic future business plan, He changed his carrier line and joined as Manager in Kernex Micro Systems Ltd. 1991. In the year 1995, He started his own IT company and promoted as $1 M company in three years.

Mr. Varma is known in the IT industry as leading HR placement consultant and placed number of IT professionals across globe. Significant achievement is ramping-up team 300+ skilled professionals in 2 months' time frame for Tier 2 Company. Mr. Varma, with his vast business network, has successfully promoted business development.

In the year 2004, he joined hands with Infogenex Technologies Pvt. Ltd and started the Genex group as Director in Genex Technologies overseeing Sales, Operations and HR functions.

He has promoted Adopto Solutions Pvt Ltd in the year 2016, and is presently acting as Director contributing to the growth of the organisation in the North American markets.

Shares of Hiliks Technologies Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 100.71 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 98.74. The total number of shares traded during the day was 68002 in over 37 trades.
