IKF Technologies Board to approve BPO agreement with Tata Teleservices, launch calling cards in UK

IKF Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following businesses:

1. To place, consider and take on record the unaudited results for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.

2. To place before the Board the Certificate of Incorporation of the subsidiary in U.S.A.

3. To consider and approve the agreement of BPO with TATA Teleservices Ltd.

4. To consider and approved the launch of IKF calling card in U.K. and Australia with reference to IKF Telecom.com.
