Tulsyan NEC Limited sells land in Bangalore for Rs. 21.5 crores

Tulsyan NEC Limited has entered into an Agreement to Sale on November 27, 2024 at Bangalore in favour of M/s. FP Seating Private Limited (Buyer), for sale of 3.5 acres of land and building at Doddaballapur, on such terms and conditions as are mentioned therein and at an agreed consideration amount of Rs.21.5 crores.

The entire consideration amount shall be received by the Company in due course.

Shares of Tulsyan NEC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 73.66 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 77.53. The total number of shares traded during the day was 321 in over 13 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 79.80 and intraday low of 73.66. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23871.00.
