Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited to reopen Aqua Imagicaa at Surat

Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited has complied with all the revised guidelines and received permission on October 21, 2024 to resume the operations. Pursuant to the said permission, the Water Park will be opened in the first week of November 2024.

The company had earlier announced temporary closure of the operation of water park - Aqua imagicaa located at Opp. Dumbal Transport Godown, Canal Road, Parvat Patiya, Magob, Surat - 395 010, Gujarat ("Water Park") as per the receipt of the notice from Surat Municipal Corporation.

The Company shall continue to deliver services in line with its vision of "Best in class entertainment for delightful memories in clean, safe and happy environment".

Aqua imagicaa park was always rendering services in accordance with existing norms. The authorities have now formulated Surat Amusement Rides and Gaming Zone Activities Safety Rules, 2024 for the industry and post verification of compliances therein, the approval has been granted.

Shares of Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 74.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 76.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 156861 in over 1240 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 77.24 and intraday low of 73.32. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11772520.00.
