Allcargo Logistics Limited approves interim dividend of Rs. 1.10

The Board of Directors of Allcargo Logistics Limited in their meeting held today i.e., Friday, October 18, 2024 have approved payment of an interim dividend of ₹ 1.10/- (Rupee One and Ten Paisa Only) i.e. (55%) per equity share of ₹ 2/- each (Rupees Two Only) for financial year 2024-25.

The Company has fixed Saturday, October 26, 2024 as Record Date to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders who are entitled for the interim dividend.

Shares of Allcargo Logistics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 60.31 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 60.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 120022 in over 793 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 60.68 and intraday low of 59.36. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7202920.00.
