BLS International completes acquisition of 51% stake in SLWMedia

SLW Media is a prominent sports management company with over two decades of experience in the golf industry.

From a branding perspective, the synergy between golf events and BLS International's visa and consular services creates a unique value proposition. Shares of BLS International Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 378.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 383.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 158374 in over 3745 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 385.50 and intraday low of 377.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 60247185.00.
