Easun Reyrolle Board to consider interim dividend

Easun Reyrolle Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 26, 2006, to consider the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.

Further the Company has informed that, in the said meeting it is also proposed to consider payment of Interim Dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2006-07.
