Anuroop Packaging Ltd to sell up to 5% stake in Sara Solutions Ltd

Anuroop Packaging Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is the promoter of its Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company, "Sara Solutions Limited". The Company is willing to sell its part of shares up to 5% through off-market trade.

The Board of Directors of Anuroop Packaging Limited has determined that it is fair and reasonable and deemed desirable to the best interests of the Company to go through the mentioned transaction. The Board of directors of the Company approved the proposal to sell its part of shares held in the wholly owned subsidiary Company up to 5% through off-market transaction.

Shares of Anuroop Packaging Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 34.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 33.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5582 in over 71 trades.
