GMR Nagpur International Airport Ltd signs concession agreement with MIHAN India Ltd

GMR Nagpur International Airport Limited ("GNIAL"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has today signed a Concession Agreement with MIHAN India Limited, towards the upgrade, development and operation of the Nagpur's Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport. This comes after the Hon'ble Supreme Court Orders dated September 27, 2024, upholding the judgement of the Hon'ble Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court and thus, directed MIHAN India Limited to execute the Concession Agreement with GMR Airports Limited / its Special Purpose Vehicle.

Shares of GMR Infrastructure Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 87.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 85.39. The total number of shares traded during the day was 912399 in over 6635 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 87.60 and intraday low of 85.06. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 78959952.00.
