ASM Technologies Ltd approves acquisition of balance stake in RV Forms and Gears LLP

The Board of Directors of ASM Technologies Limited, at their meeting held on Friday, 4th October 2024, approved the acquisition of the remaining 30% stake in RV Forms and Gears LLP. This acquisition results in ASM Technologies Limited now holding a 100% stake in RV Forms and Gears LLP, which has been a subsidiary of ASM since acquiring a 70% stake earlier.

ASM Technologies Limited, a publicly listed company in India with over three decades of experience, has been at the forefront of Engineering Services and Design-Led Manufacturing (DLM). The full acquisition of RV Forms and Gears LLP aligns with ASM's strategic focus on expanding its DLM capabilities and increasing its core interest in this area.
