Mafatlal Industries Ltd signs LoI and MoU with CSC SPV

Mafatlal Industries Ltd (MIL) has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CSE e-Governance Services India Ltd (CSC SPV) and the Company (MIL) and its consortium partners for the implementation of business support and training and development of Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLE's) or Common Services Centres (CSC) engaged and deployed in the 4345 Gram Panchayats and 300 DHTE Centres of the State of Jharkhand by CSC SPV pursuant to work awarded by Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Jharkhand.

This project will support the Company's strategic initiatives to expand Digital Infrastructure business segment and generate business of approximate Rs. 50 Cr. per annum.
