Muthoot Capital Services Limited has entered into an agreement for the sale of a stressed loan portfolio to Pridhvi Asset Reconstruction and Securitization Company Ltd.

The total consideration for this transaction is ~ INR 48 Crores, with the agreement executed on 30th September, 2024.
