Radiant Cash Management Services Ltd approves Inter-Corporate Loan Radiant Protection Force Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of RADIANT CASH MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED at its meeting held today (September 27, 2024) approved to provide Inter-Corporate Loan of Rs 6,00,00,000 /- (Indian Rupees Six Crore only) to Radiant Protection Force Private Limited. The approval of the Board, granting Inter-Corporate Loan to Radiant Protection Force Private Limited, is in line with the approval and authorisation given by the shareholders at their Annual General Meeting held on September 05, 2024 and is within the overall limits approved by the Shareholders.

A loan agreement with Radiant Protection Force Pvt. Ltd. will be executed in due course.

Shares of Radiant Cash Management Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 79.92 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 78.28. The total number of shares traded during the day was 558814 in over 1029 trades.
