Television Eighteen India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2006, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2006.

2. Fixation of record date for implementation of the Scheme of Arrangement.
