Moongipa Capital Finance Limited approves rights issue

The Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Moongipa Capital Finance Limited in its meeting held on Monday, September 16, 2024, has approved the following terms of Rights Issue:

Instrument: Fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.

Rights Issue Shares: 61,09,600 (Sixty-One Lakh Nine Thousand Six Hundred) fully paid-up Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/ - each.

Rights Issue Price: Rs. 25/- per Rights Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 15/ - per Rights Equity Share) to be paid on Application.

Rights Issue Size: Rs. 15,27,40,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Crore Twenty-Seven Lakh Forty Thousand Only) in total, considering the amount payable on Application.
*Assuming Full Subscription with respect to Rights Equity Shares.

Rights Entitlement Ratio: 2 (Two) Rights Equity Share for every 1 (One) Equity Shares held by eligible shareholders as on the Record Date.

Shares of MOONGIPA CAPITAL FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 57.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 59.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14609 in over 73 trades.
