Religare Enterprises Becomes External Debt-Free Entity

Religare Enterprises Limited, one of India's largest diversified financial services companies, today announced that the Company is now an external debt-free entity after successfully repaying the outstanding term loan and interest amounting to INR 163.75cr drawn from JM Financial Products Ltd and JM Financial Credit Solutions Ltd. The said credit was drawn in the year 2022.

Shares of Religare Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 271.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 282.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 119622 in over 2735 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 284.20 and intraday low of 265.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 32803578.00.
