The Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved change of name of the Company from "CENTURY TEXTILES AND INDUSTRIES LIMITED" to "ADITYA BIRLA REAL ESTATE LIMITED" vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation (COi) pursuant to change of name received by us on 17th September, 2024.

Shares of Century Textiles & Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2786.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2857.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11831 in over 1763 trades.
