Belstar Microfinance Ltd receives final observations from SEBI for IPO

Belstar Microfinance Limited, subsidiary of Muthoot Finance Ltd has received final observations on the Draft Red Herring Prospectus dated May 3, 2024 filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, for the proposed Initial Public Offering ("IPO").

The IPO will be subject to market conditions, receipt of applicable approvals, if any, and other considerations.

Shares of Muthoot Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1965.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1972.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2468 in over 403 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1985.80 and intraday low of 1959.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4865390.00.
