Brahmaputra Infrastructure Limited has a Consolidated order Book along with its Joint Venture / Operation partners as on 31.08.2024 an total amount Rs. 1100.00 Crores (approx.) Company is under continuous process to bidding the new tenders of State & Central Government along with Private Party contracts. we will further update you on that matter once we received further relevant information on that content.

After the re-arrangement of the credit facilities company has honoured the lenders complete interest / Principal and other obligation in well define timelines till 31st August 2024.

Due to heavy rainfall in Northern part of India and North East region there are some obstacles faced by the Project managers in the execution of work, it might impact in the consolidation top line of the company. As per the reports and updates received in month of August 2024 sites are executed as less capacity. Hence the targets from the execution point of view for the month of August 2024 has been fallen short. We hope in upcoming month September there will be less rainfall which make possible to execute the sites at full capacity.

We are in under process to settle the final bills with few departments/ clients , but in the month of August 2024 still no conclusion were drawn still table talks and back to back meetings are going on to settle the final bill amount. We are expected in next couple of months there might be a final settlement on these final bills.

There is no pronouncement of arbitration award in the month of August 2024.
