Sprayking Ltd allots 5,28,39.730 bonus equity shares

The Board of Directors of Sprayking Ltd Company in its meeting held today, has approved the allotment of 5,28,39,730 (Five Crores Twenty Eight Lakhs Thirty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Equity shares of Rs. 02/- each as fully paid up bonus equity shares, to the members whose name appeared in the register of members / list of beneficial owners as on August 21, 2024, being the record date fixed for the purpose.

The Bonus equity shares are allotted in the proportion of 1: 1* i.e. one new equity Bonus share of Rs. 02/- each for every one existing paid-up equity shares of Rs. 02/- each, to the eligible Members whose names appear in the register of Members / list of beneficial owners as on August 21, 2024, being the record date fixed for this purpose. (*Equity Shares being fractional shares will be ignored and no allotment will be made for the fractional Equity Shares).

Consequently, the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 10,56,79,460/- consisting of 5,28,39,730 equity shares of Rs. 02/- each to Rs. 21,13,58,920/- consisting of 10,56,79,460 equity shares of Rs. 02/- each.

The shares so allotted shall rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company. The such above mentioned shares allotted, shall be credited to the demat account / beneficiary of members holding shares in demat form in compliance with necessary manner and timelines as prescribed and applicable.
