Bondada Engineering Ltd receives orders worth Rs. 575.74 crores

Bondada Engineering Limited has received Letter of Awards from M/s. Lumina Clean Energy Private Limited, M/s. Purelight Energy Private Limited and M/s. VVKR Photovoltaics Energy Private Limited. The above companies are special purpose vehicles (SPV's) formed by the PPA owners namely Paradigm IT Technologies Pvt Ltd and Metalcraft Forming Industries Pvt Ltd, both are software companies based out of India.

The scope of the order is Design, Survey, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of grid connected distributed Solar Power Plants for Solarization of selected Agri feeders at Sub-station (SS) level in MSEDCL jurisdiction, its associated 11 kV line to connect the plant with concerned SS and Remote Monitoring System (RMS) of solar power plants under Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0 of PM-KUSUM Solar projects across various districts in the state of Maharashtra.

The Overall capacity of the plants - 170.40 MW on DC basis.

Total contract value is Rs. 5,75,74,73,650/- (Rupees Five Hundred Seventy-Five Crore Seventy Four Lakh Seventy Three Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty Only) (inclusive of GST)

Shares of Bondada Engineering Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3509.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3341.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 36800 in over 156 trades.
