Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited declares 1st interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited at its meeting held today has declared 1st Interim Dividend of Re. 1/- (100%) per Equity Share (of the face value of Re.1 each) for financial year 2024-25, subject to deduction of tax at source.

The board has fixed Thursday, the 25th July, 2024 as the Record date for determining entitlements of shareholders to receive 151 Interim Dividend for financial year 2024-25. The 1st Interim Dividend will be paid on or before 02nd August, 2024.

Shares of Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 143.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 150.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 76162 in over 1533 trades.
