Tega Industries Chile SpA procures land for future expansion

Tega Industries Chile SpA, a step-down material subsidiary of the Company, has informed Tega Industries Limited vide letter dated July 10, 2024, that it has procured a land admeasuring 51,025.77 Square Meters in Region Concon, Chile for an amount of 2,332,531,065 CLP (~INR 21.42 Crores) which will be used for future expansion.

The land is adjacent to the proposed new plant at Chile.

Shares of Tega Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1793.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1819.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2814 in over 573 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1834.50 and intraday low of 1790.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5093685.00.
