Shreyas Shipping and Logistics Ltd is now Transworld Shipping Lines Ltd

The company had filed an application for change of name of the Company from "Shreyas Shipping and Logistics Limited" to "Transworld Shipping Lines Limited" with the Registrar of the Companies (ROC). The ROC has approved the availability of the desired name i.e. "Transworld Shipping Lines Limited" vide their approval letter dated 02nd July 2024 and the said name is valid for 60 days from the date of approval.

The Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association stands amended consequent to change of name of the Company.

Shares of Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 340.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 341.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3974 in over 287 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 346.40 and intraday low of 336.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1358855.00.
