Magnum Ventures Limited redeems preference share

The Board of Directors of Magnum Ventures Limited have passed the resolution by way of circulation on 5th July, 2024 approving the Redemption of 1,88,125 Unlisted Zero Percent Coupon Rate, Non-Convertible, Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Share of Rs. 100/- each aggregating of Rs. 1,88,12,500 (Rupees One Crore Eighty Eight Lacs Twelve Thousand and Five Hundred Only) out of the proceeds for fresh issue of the Company.

Shares of Magnum Ventures Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 51.56 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 52.22. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6362 in over 159 trades.
