Shriram Asset Management Company Ltd registered by SEBI as Portfolio Managers

Shriram Asset Management Company Limited (SAMC) received an email from SEBI today at 03:57 PM (IST), intimating that SAMC has been registered as Portfolio Managers with SEBI for carrying out activities under Regulation 3 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Portfolio Managers) Regulations, 2020.

Accordingly, SAMC will also be carrying out Portfolio Management Services along with its prevailing business of asset management. Also, to extend its range of solutions, walk further towards its mission, to cater to the needs of its customers and accordingly strengthen its fund management offerings.

Shares of SHRIRAM ASSET MANAGEMENT CO.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 381.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 346.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5215 in over 35 trades.
