India Finsec Ltd to provide corporate guarantee to facility of IFL Housing Finance Ltd

India Finsec Limited ("Company") has approved to provide corporate guarantee to secure the facility of term loan of Rs 7,00,00.000/- (Rupees Seven Crores Only) sanctioned by Ambit Finvest Private Limited to IFL Housing Finance Limited. a subsidiary of India Finsec Limited in its meeting of the Board of Directors held today.
