UMIYA TUBES LIMITED has executed Sale Deed in favour of M/s Gaurisuta Agro Industries Private Limited for transfer of immovable properties situated at S. No. 1581 to 1584, Talod-Ujediya Rd, Toraniya, PO- Ujediya, Tal.: Talod, Dist.: Sabarkantha - 383215 for total consideration of Rs. 4,11,00,000/- on 19th June, 2024. The Company has fully paid up the entire Secured Borrowings out of the sale proceeds.
