Sun TV Board recommends 20% dividend

Sun TV Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 18, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a dividend at the rate of 20% of the face value of Rs 10/- each on the equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
