Praveg Ltd updates on closure of TV unit and surrender of TV License

The Ministry of Information & Broadcasting has cancelled the permission to uplink and downlink the News and Current Affairs TV Channel namely, "Praveg Accelerating idea" with effect from 07.06.2024 and the name of the channel will be removed from the list of TV Channels permitted by the Ministry with effect from 07.06.2024.

Shares of Praveg Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 845.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 847.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 131607 in over 2648 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 847.05 and intraday low of 831.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 110426151.00.
