PT TVS Motor Company showcases TVS iQube Electric scooter at the Jakarta Fair in Indonesia

PT TVS Motor - a subsidiary of TVS Motor Company - which operates in the two and three-wheeler segment, is displaying its electric scooter, TVS iQube, at the Jakarta Fair in Indonesia. This is the first time that TVS iQube - a choice of more than 300,000 customers globally - will be on display in Indonesia. TVS iQube has cutting-edge EV technology, robust build quality and class leading comfort of a premium scooter with zero tail pipe emission. It represents the future of urban commuting - a perfect blend of style, performance, and environmental responsibility.

TVS iQube comes with a real-world range of 100 KM on a single charge, a top rated speed of 78 KM/H, choice of ECO and POWER modes and acceleration from 0-40 KM/H in just 4.2 seconds. It has two Lithium-Ion battery packs with a 650W carry-along-charger that helps charge the vehicle from 0-80% in 4 hours and 30 minutes. The carry-along-charger can be plugged into any 5A household socket.

TVS iQube also offers a host of intelligent connected features such as 7 inch TFT cluster with HMI* control, intuitive music player control, Over-the-air (OTA) updates, vehicle health and safety notifications. It has multiple bluetooth and cloud connectivity options, geofencing, QPark assist, infinity theme personalisation, voice assist and much more.

1. Modern & Practical Design: This electrioc vehicle (EV) has a contemporary look and impeccable build quality. With 5 exciting colours, one can choose a style statement of their own. A seven-inch TFT cluster, with an intuitive five-way joystick makes the cluster very easy to interact with. 2. Unmatched Performance: The TVS iQube S is powered by a powerful 4.6 kW hub mounted motor that gives a top speed of 78 km/h and acceleration from 0-40 km/h in just 4.2 seconds at rated load. It comes with two battery packs of advanced Lithium-ion chemistry with a total capacity of 3.4 kWh, designed and manufactured in-house. Combined with an intelligent in-house Battery Management System (BMS), the vehicle delivers a real-world range of 100 kms per charge. The EV powertrain in TVS iQube is IP-67 compliant providing strong resistance to water and dust exposure. TVS iQube S comes with a 650 W portable carry along charger with a charging time of 4.5 hours from 0-80% SOC and ease of use with any 5 Amp household socket that makes home charging very convenient and affordable.

3. Connected Technology - TVS SMARTXONNECTTM a proprietary, connected, intelligent system in TVS iQube, is power packed with new age technology and smart features. The platform has enhanced navigation system, telematics unit, anti-theft device, geofencing features, crash/fall alert just to name a few. Any smart phone with the TVS Connect app pairs with TVS SMARTXONNECTTM and displays real-time battery status, ride statistics. It also enables music control when riding using the HMI interface. The platform also ensures 100% vehicle wellness through proactive diagnosis and timely service alerts available on the dashboard.
