SML ISUZU Ltd's sales volume for May 2024 increased 21.2% YoY

SML ISUZU Ltd has announced the sales figure for the month of May 2024.

The company has sold 1563 units in May 2024 against 1290 units in May 2023, an increase of 21.2% YoY. The sales of Cargo Vehicles in May 2024 increased 29.3% to 318 units against 246 units in May 2023. Passenger Vehicles sales increased 19.3% YoY to 1245 units in May 2024 compared to 1044 units in May 2023.

The company reported 4% YoY drop in sales during the period April 2024 to May 2024 at 2619 units, compared to 2727 units during the period April 2023 to May 2023. The sales of Cargo Vehicles during the period April 2024 to May 2024 increased 5.5% YoY to 537 units as against 509 units during the period April 2023 to May 2023. Whereas, the sales of Passenger Vehicles dropped 6.1% YoY to 2082 units during the period April 2024 to May 2024, compared to 2218 units during the period April 2023 to May 2023.

Shares of SML Isuzu Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2109.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2117.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2857 in over 586 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2154.55 and intraday low of 2090.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6048353.00.
