Bharat Rasayan Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Bharat Rasayan Ltd has decided to recommend a final dividend @15%, i.e. Rs. 1 .50 per share on the fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31.03.2024. However, the final dividend of t1.50 per share recommended today would be payable after the approval of the said final dividend by the shareholders of the Company in their forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
