AIA Engineering Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 16

The Board of directors of AIA Engineering Ltd has recommended dividend of Rs. 16/- (@800%) per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up for the Financial Year 2023-24 subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.

The Company has fixed Book Closure date from Tuesday, 3rd September, 2024 to Monday, 9th September, 2024 for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members of the Company to receive Dividend of Rs. 16/- (@ 800%) per Equity Share having face value of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up for the Financial Year 2023-24. The said Dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, shall be paid on or before s" October, 2024, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.

Shares of AIA Engineering Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3774.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3771.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1889 in over 828 trades.
