Shyam Metalics and Energy Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.70

The board of directors of Shyam Metalics and Energy Ltd has considered and recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 2.70/- per Equity Share, being 27% of the Face Value of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2023-24 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The payment of the said Final Dividend shall be made within the stipulated time-limit on obtaining necessary approval.
