Jindal Steel & Power Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of Jindal Steel & Power Ltd has considered and recommended final Dividend for the financial year 2023-24@ 200%, i.e., Rs. 2/- per equity share of face value Re. 1/- each, out of the profits of the Company for the financial Year 2023-24, which shall be paid, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting and other authorities, wherever required.

Shares of Jindal Steel & Power Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 978.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 939.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 184433 in over 8305 trades.
