The Board of directors of C.E. Info Systems Limited discussed and approved the declaration & payment of final dividend of Rs. 3.50/- (Three Rupees and Fifty paisa Only) per Equity share of Rs. 2/- each at the rate of 175% for the financial year 2023-24 subject to the approval of shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
