Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 6

The board of directors of Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited has approved the recommendation of final dividend of INR 6/- per equity share (@ 60% on a face value of INR 10/- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 subject to approval of the Shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company. The record date for the purpose of payment of final dividend shall be June 10, 2024.
