Aryaman Financial to consider raising funds on Jul 18, 2008

Aryaman Financial Services Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 18, 2008, inter alia, to consider increasing the Authorised Capital of the Company upto a maximum of Rs 20 Crores.

To raise additional funds upto a maximum of Rs 11 crores by way of issuance of debt, equity, or any other security convertible into equity shares including any preferential offer, in one or more tranches, as the Board may deem fit.
