Hero MotoCorp Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 40

The board of directors of Hero MotoCorp Ltd has approved the recommendation of final dividend @ 2,000% i.e. Rs. 40/- per share (face value of Rs. 2 per equity share), subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing 41st Annual General Meeting. The payment of dividend / dispatch of dividend warrants will be completed within 30 days of declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
