Todays Writing allots 2000000 Warrants on Preferential basis

Todays Writing Products Ltd has announced that the allotment Committee of the Company in its meeting held on July 11, 2008, allotted 20,00,000 warrants of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 70/- per warrant, entitling the warrant holders to apply for an equivalent number of fully paid-up equity shares at any time during 18 months from the date of allotment, to the Promoter and non Promoter group.

Mrs. Ritushree Harlaka : 150,000 Warrants, Mr. Ghanshyam Harlalka : 100,000 Warrants, Mrs. Seema Sharma : 50,000, Mrs. Sunita Sharma : 50,000 warrants, Mr. Anil Agarwal : 250,000 warrants, Mrs. Usha Agarwal : 250,000 warrants, Mr. Suresh Prasad Chokhani : 200,000 warrants, Mr. Rohit Chokhani : 150,000 warrants, Mrs. Renu Saraf : 100,000 warrants, Mr. Arun Saraf : 100,000 warrants, Arun Saraf H.U.F through Karta : 50,000 warrants, Mr. Karan Saraf : 50,000 warrants and Immortal Financial Services Pvt Ltd : 500,000 warrants.
