Aeroflex Industries Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.25

The board of directors of Aeroflex Industries Ltd has recommended the payment of dividend on Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each @ Re. 0.25 (Twenty-five paisa) per share ie. 12.5% of the paid-up Equity Share Capital for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM") of the Company. The dividend, if approved at the ensuing AGM of the Company, shall be paid/ dispatched within 30 days of ensuing AGM.

The date of AGM will be announced in due course of time.

Shares of Aeroflex Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 148.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 153.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 56790 in over 1662 trades.
