Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd has declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Re. 1.00 per Equity Share of face value Rs.2 each for the Financial Year 2023-24. The said dividend will be paid within 30 (thirty) days from the date of declaration. The same is subject to TDS.

The board also fixed Friday, 10 May, 2024 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2023-24 to be paid to the eligible shareholders.
