Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 13.50

The board of directors of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited has approved the recommendation of dividend of ₹13.50/- per equity share of ₹5/- each of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid within thirty days after the ensuing AGM. Record date for the purpose of determining Shareholders eligible to receive dividend, shall be announced in due course.
