Maharashtra Scooters Ltd announces Voluntary Separation Scheme

The Board of directors of Maharashtra Scooters Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., on 24 April 2024, has considered and approved Voluntary Separation Scheme ('VSS') for both workmen and staff of the Company.

The VSS is implemented for the purpose of rationalising the existing operations and manpower at the Company's factory situated in Satara.

Status of implementation of the aforesaid VSS along-with financial impact thereof will be announced in due course.

Shares of Maharashtra Scooters Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 7899.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7946.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 368 in over 192 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 7975.00 and intraday low of 7825.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2905097.00.
