Bajaj Auto Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 80 per share

The Board of Directors of Bajaj Auto Limited has approved / recommended a dividend at the rate Rs. 80 per share (800%) of face value of Rs. 10 each on equity shares for the financial year ended 31 March 2024. The said dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited / dispatched on or around 19 July 2024.

The Dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, 14 June 2024, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Shares of Bajaj Auto Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 8795.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9017.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42951 in over 7000 trades.
