Ashiana Housing Ltd announces booking of 224 units in Phase 3 of Ashiana Amarah

Ashiana Housing Ltd has announced that the entire 224 units in Phase 3 of 'Ashiana Amarah' (Gurugram) have been converted into booking by 30th March 2024, having sale value of Rs. 440.32 Crores. Phase 3 of "Ashiana Amarah" project has total saleable area of 3.77 lakhs sq. ft. The project consists of 3 BHK units and is located at Sector 93, Gurugram (Haryana).

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 300.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 284.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3656 in over 267 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 302.95 and intraday low of 282.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1076450.00.
